  Good communication regarding out of stock products, however I expected more from the box itself. I ordered a letters box, and the hinges aren't put on perfectly so the lid isn't square. I know it's the type of box you put in the cupboard for years and years, but I still expected the workmanship to be of the same quality. All in all it's ok.
